How a quote is built
Every investigation is quoted after a short conversation about the symptom, the property and access. The quote states exactly what will be tested and what the report will contain.
- Property type, size and access conditions
- How many systems or areas need testing
- Methods required: acoustic, thermal, tracer or controlled testing
- Whether after-hours access is requested
What the quote includes
- On-site investigation with non-invasive methods first
- Confirmation of findings with a second method
- A written, dated report with photographs and readings
- A follow-up call to answer questions about the report
What is not included
- Repairs, relining, replacement or restoration - performed by licensed trades
- Opening and restoring finishes beyond a small access point
- Work outside the scoped area
